1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.therealityofnetworking.org (the "Website") or participating in any mastermind group, event, or service provided by The Reality of Networking International ("Organization," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

2. Eligibility and Membership Accounts

To access the Members-Only Portal, you must apply, be approved, and maintain an active membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or suspend access at our sole discretion.

3. Mastermind Participation and Intellectual Property

The Reality of Networking International is built on trust, collaboration, and mutual support ("It is Not about ME, it is about WE"). Members may share confidential business strategies, financial goals, or personal information during mastermind sessions or within the internal Community Forum. You agree to keep all information shared by other members strictly confidential. You may not distribute, reproduce, or harvest member directory data, bios, or contact info for unauthorized spam or solicitation.

4. User-Generated Content and Notifications

When you post in the Community Forum or input metrics into the Networking Activity Tracker, you grant the Organization a non-exclusive right to display that data within the restricted portal. You acknowledge that community posts may trigger automated SMS or cellular text notifications to fellow members to foster collaboration. You agree not to post defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.

5. New Business Formation Services & Fees

Our Business Starter Plans (Basic, Premium, Professional) provide document processing, EIN obtainment, licensing research, and graphic design assistance.

• All stated pricing (e.g., $129.99, $179.99, $199.99) covers professional processing fees ONLY and strictly EXCLUDES variable State and Local Filing Fees.
• You are solely responsible for reimbursing or paying all mandatory state/local government fees required to finalize your entity.
• Refund Guarantee: Membership dues are backed by our Guaranteed Return on Membership Investment program as outlined in our primary charter documents. Business formation filing fees submitted to government entities are strictly non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Organization provides educational networking opportunities and document filing assistance. We are not a law firm or a certified public accounting firm. Information provided on the Website does not constitute official legal or tax advice. We are not liable for business transactions, referrals, or closed business revenue generated between independent members.
