1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information to manage your mastermind membership and provide business formation services:

• Onboarding & Application Data: Full Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Office and Cell Phone Numbers, Personal and Business Emails, Full Business Name, Home/Business Addresses, and answers to onboarding strategy questions.
• Roster & Directory Profiles: Professional classification, business descriptions, bios, external website links, and uploaded profile photos.
• Networking Activity Tracker Logs: Referrals sent/received, closed business revenue data, 1-to-1 meeting logs, and visitor invitation metrics.
• Financial Data: All payments are securely processed through our integration with the Square Web Payments SDK. We do not store your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers; all transaction processing is handled safely by Square.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Render your public profile card in the Homepage Directory and sub-pages.
• Route new onboarding applications straight to administration and admin@therealityofnetworking.org.
• Calculate dynamically automated organizational leaderboards (e.g., Most Referrals, Most Revenue Generated) for public and private awards.
• Deliver automated SMS cell notifications and portal communications regarding community updates.

3. Information Sharing and Visibility

• Public Visibility: Anyone browsing the internet can view your public card fields (Full Name, Business Name, Industry Classification, Phone, Email, and Website) to promote your business seat.
• Private Visibility: Only authenticated, logged-in members can see internal community posts, master documents, and aggregated chapter transaction impacts.
• No Sale of Data: We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information, address records, or contact data to third-party marketing companies.

4. Data Security & Administrative Override

Your profile information and tracking logs are securely stored in our cloud database (Supabase). Authorized Admin Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer) hold structural data override access to amend formatting or log mistakes. The President maintains global master bypass capability to securely manage or delete data records upon request.
