Mr. Issac D. Coleman is Founder & Chief Holistic Health & Fitness Trainer of The Reality of Fitness Family and Founder & President of The Reality of Networking International. A Guinness World Records titleholder, he became the first American to complete 51 thumb push-ups in one minute while helping raise over $11,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He holds B.S. in Biology and B.A. in History Degrees from the University of Memphis, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo from Taekwondo Academy Bartlett, and certifications as a Personal Trainer, Human Movement Specialist, Business Consultant, Business Networker, and AI Business Strategist. A former highly decorated Memphis Police Officer, prolific poet, writer, educator, and servant leader, Mr. Coleman has devoted his life to advancing Health and Wealth, strengthening communities, and helping people unlock their God-given greatness through Truth, Love, education, discipline, and service.
